Baby Boomers (1945-1965)
Starting from a large number of baby boomers, coupled with the increasing quality of health and lifestyle of today's society, more and more baby boomers - now in its old age - and still active on entering the workforce today. Besides the more jobs that are no longer too much of physical labor and the increasing interest of the community in general to provide value in a job making more and more the 'up' to enliven the world of work today ...
